The SITRANS TSthermowell series offers a comprehensive portfolio of thermowellsfor a broad range of applications. A variety of designs, lengths and materials enable an extensive number of variants, which all are available in the standard product portfolio. Pipe lengths for instance can be offered as standard up to 1.000 mm and can be easily be adapted to individual needs. Due to the separated delivery of thermowell and sensor, the portfolio allows the split of piping construction and instrumentation already in the engineering phase.

For applications in processes with high flow rates, WIKA is now offering thermowells in the new ScrutonWell® design. This variant is damping the excitation that leads to vibrations, which in turn can cause failures.
The ScrutonWell® design is applicable to all solid-machined, barstock thermowells from WIKA. The helical form of the stem is available in two versions: manufactured in a single piece or with helices welded onto it. Installation and removal are just as easy as with a standard thermowell. -
